It has been a crazy, windy year at Cedar Trails Senior Living, but as a team, we stuck through it all, came together in times of need, and managed through it together. I’m so thankful for that.

This year, we all got together and participated in the parade, putting our flex in it. We gathered our kids and families and spent time together at the parade. I think doing things outside of the community is a good way to build trust and gather as a team.
This year was full of fun moments, as well as transitions. Brianna stepped up and took the lead in memory care. She is amazing and does so many fun and engaging things with the residents. Sheila, the mother hen of our community, has helped with activities, culinary, and now is Interim Executive Director. I couldn’t be happier, as she does those things with her heart. Also, Mike, our Plant Operations Director has been working his hardest, while also driving residents to their appointments.
I am so excited to do the 45 Days of Holiday Cheer here at Arrow, as Christmas is my favorite time of year. My tree has been up since the day after Halloween!
